What does SyncTogether do?
Works with up to three Macs-add more as needed
A single copy of SyncTogether can be installed on up to three Macs. Need more? No problem! Each additional copy of SyncTogether adds support for three more Macs. SyncTogether can work on your local network, and it doesn't require a subscription!

Supports multiple users
SyncTogether is different from syncing with Apple's .Mac service, because it can synchronize information between multiple users, whether on different Macs or sharing the same Mac, and each user can edit information. Like .Mac sync, SyncTogether can also synchronize information between the same user's accounts on multiple Macs.

Synchronizes information from many different applications
SyncTogether can synchronize information belonging to most any application that utilizes Apple's Sync Services technology, including Apple Address Book, iCal, Mail and Safari; Bare Bones Software Yojimbo; Chronos SOHO Contacts and Calendar; Llamagraphics LifeBalance; Microsoft Entourage 2004; Panic Transmit and others.

You choose what to sync
SyncTogether can synchronize all Address Book groups, or only those that you specify. The same is true with iCal calendars and notes categories. Now you can share a single iCal calendar with coworkers or family members, while keeping your personal information private.

Automatically supports new applications
As more applications support Sync Services, SyncTogether will be able to synchronize more types of information, expanding its capabilities as your needs change.

What does SyncTogether synchronize?
Address Book contacts
Synchronize all Address Book contacts between your own Macs, or select one or more Address Book groups to synchronize with other SyncTogether users. Share a company contact list or family addresses and phone numbers.

iCal events and tasks
Keep all your iCal events and tasks updated across Macs, or sync selected iCal calendars among a group of people, where everyone can make and see changes. Workgroups and families can now share calendars using iCal, and it doesn't require a server.

Notes and memos
Now you can keep all those little tidbits of information in sync across multiple Macs, so you'll have them when needed. SyncTogether supports syncing notes and memos from Mark/Space Notebook, Microsoft Entourage 2004 and Bare Bones Software's Yojimbo.

Selective syncing of Address Book groups, iCal calendars, and notes categories
For applications like Address Book, iCal and Mark/Space Notebook, SyncTogether gives you the ability to select individual groups and categories to sync. This makes it possible to sync a single iCal calendar among a group of people, where everyone can make and see changes, while keeping private data private. Teams and families can now share a calendar using iCal, and it doesn't require a server.

Apple Mail account settings, signatures, filters and smart mailboxes
If you use multiple Macs, your email accounts, settings and filters will be kept in sync between them. If you add several email filters on your laptop, SyncTogether will send them to your desktop, eliminating the need to recreate them, saving time.

Safari bookmarks
Never be without your favorite websites and blogs again. SyncTogether keeps your Safari bookmarks in sync across all your Macs.

Information from other applications
SyncTogether can synchronize certain types of information belonging to third-party applications that also support Sync Services. SyncTogether currently supports Bare Bones Software Yojimbo; Chronos SOHO Contacts and Calendar; Llamagraphics LifeBalance; Microsoft Entourage 2004; Panic Transmit and others. As more applications employ Sync Services, SyncTogether will handle more types of information.

How to Put SyncTogether to Work for You
One user, multiple Macs
SyncTogether keeps your important information in sync between your Macs. Regardless of which Mac you're using, your information will be there.

Multiple users, multiple Macs
SyncTogether provides groupware-like features by letting you share contact lists, calendars and tasks between family or team members. Each user can make changes to records, and SyncTogether will update them across the network.

Multiple users, one Mac
SyncTogether can keep information synchronized between multiple user accounts on the same Mac. This is ideal for families who have multiple logins on their shared Mac at home, because it allows everyone who uses it to stay in sync with shared calendars and contact lists, just like in a multi-Mac environment.

What else is cool about SyncTogether?
No annual subscription fee
SyncTogether provides outstanding value for its purchase price. Paid upgrades will introduce new features, extending its value.

Scheduling allows automatic syncing
Set SyncTogether to run automatically every day, every hour or as often as you like, so you don't need to remember to click a button.

Setup assistant
SyncTogether gets you up and running quickly, with no fuss.
